After a medical check-up, a varied fitness programme is developed and it is decided which types of exercise are suitable. The foundations of the programme are an individualised initial consultation with your weight-loss specialist including a body analysis, preparation of a balanced, personalised menu plan, personal training and then a concluding body analysis and discussion of your results. With this knowledge about your body and support in the form of fitness and nutrition plans for the home, anyone can make a switch in their everyday life and establish a good lifestyle.That’s our goal: you feeling comfortable in your skin again.
