Complemented by relaxing sauna infusions, peeling and detox experiences with soothing teas, the activities offer an ideal all-round package that can be booked in any combination. The fitness areas are equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment, including Technogym Kinesis. In the Private Gym, our personal trainers support you with top-class training to help you achieve your individual goals.

Workout in the open air

Baden-Baden is a hotspot for nature lovers and is bursting with outdoor activities that perfectly complement the programme at Villa Stéphanie. Those who like to stay nearby can jog or walk along the idyllic Oos, past the picturesque trees of Lichtentaler Allee. For those who want to venture further, the Black Forest is the place to be – by foot on one of the fantastic hiking trails for shorter or longer outings. And there’s cycling too – on mountain, electric or racing bakes. You can ride or race through the excellent network of cycle paths in the northern Black Forest. Sporting excursions can usually be combined with one of the many sights in the region, like the ruins of the Altes Schloss (the Old Castle) or Baden-Baden’s local mountain, the Merkur. The view into the plain is delightful from both.
