Fabian Nusser - Manager Villa Stéphanie

Dear guests,

Nature is once more becoming more exuberant in its beauty, forming a wonderful backdrop for the abundance of Baden-Baden: for the theatre and Festspielhaus concert hall, for the elegant and fashionable restaurants and cafés, for great international art and, above all, for the people who come here. We all want to live in abundance. This abundance, this fullness, is something which I understand as primarily being a matter of “fulfilment”. This is only possible when you have health, vitality and the momentum which gives us a lust for life. Not all of us are able to switch off from the daily grind and do something for ourselves instead. There is, however, more and more of a need for us to be able to allow ourselves oases, to create spaces where, for once, it is us that matters. Some need more nature, some need absolute quiet, others would like to lose weight or want to find out about healthy eating. At Villa Stéphanie, together with you, we can address all of these needs and desires.

Our team here at Villa Stéphanie not only wishes to demonstrate to you what a “fulfilled” lifestyle is, we would like to send you back home with something that is extremely special: a new and beautiful attitude to life.

Yours Fabian Nusser
Manager, Villa Stéphanie

Fabian Nusser’s summer snack

A light “chickpea salad” is not only satisfying and tasty – chick peas are also an excellent source of protein and fibre.

Chickpea salad

Soak overnight and cook well. Garnish with rocket, garlic, sweet pepper, tomatoes, mint and coriander. A dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper adds a summery note to this healthy salad.
