The newly opened Fritz & Felix, an innovative food location in Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, is full of winning contrasts: casual and noble, easy-going and elegant. Fritz & Felix is both a dining room and a living room; it’s a place where you can work and relax without interruptions, where you can enjoy the moment and celebrate, or simply chill together. Guests can kick back in the restaurant, bar, an area with an open show kitchen and a terrace that looks out onto the beautiful park.
Fritz & Felix takes a new approach to fine cuisine. The finely balanced regional creations - a mixture of healthy and light dishes paired with the charm of traditional Black Forest cuisine - are sure to win you over. The innovative culinary concept was developed by the renowned London-based Gorgeous Group, while the interior design is the work of Robert Angell.
The Swiss star chef Nenad Mlinarevic is the culinary consultant who is responsible for the overall food concept.

Fritz, the fox, and Felix, the rabbit (the restaurant’s two fictitious characters) are the namesakes and ambassadors of the new food location and tell amusing tales about the Black Forest.
The fox, a free spirit with a sly and enigmatic nature, symbolises the mysterious and the mystical. The rabbit represents liveliness and curiosity. The odd couple therefore not only represents the Black Forest, but also the harmony of opposites: “We want to create an exciting and unforgettable restaurant experience that’s unlike any other Baden-Baden,” emphasises Nenad Mlinarevic.
