Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant, which has been one of the culinary highlights since it opened in 2012, was awarded two stars for the fifth time in succession this year by the Michelin Guide. The restaurant guide Gault Millau has again given it 18 points and writes:

“Chef Peter Hagen-Wiest’s menus impress with their clarity of taste, perfection of preparation and remarkable sense of harmony.”

Together with his team, the Michelin-starred chef has once again demonstrated the standard of his cuisine, which draws on many inspirations. The restaurant in the lighthouse of the 4-star superior “Bell Rock” hotel is therefore one of the best 48 restaurants in Germany.
