Europa-Park has a new culinary highlight: the “Chef’s Table”, the new gourmet front-row seats in the private room of the Tre Krønen restaurant. On the first Friday of every month, a maximum of 20 guests can take their place at the “Chef’s Table” and enjoy an exclusive five-course menu specially designed for the season by chef Julian Scheibel – with a direct view of the kitchen. The finishing touch is added to the menu by appropriate wine accompaniment, presented by a different guest vintner each time. This room is dedicated entirely to the late restaurant critic Wolfram Siebeck. It includes a wealth of original documents, including photos, correspondence and historic menus that belonged to him.
