Corporate Recruiting HR Specialist

More than 500 new jobs will be created with the opening of ‘Krønasår’ hotel and ‘Rulantica’ water park. ‘The application phase is underway, with all major regional cinemas showing a wonderful recruiting video,’ reports Alisa Bühler, who is overseeing the HR marketing campaign for the hotel and ‘Rulantica’, from Lahr, Germany. Although she has already worked at Europa-Park for five years, she finds the opening phase very exciting too, says the Corporate Recruiting HR Specialist. A job that was specially created in order to make HR even more efficient.

After all, it’s where all company-wide HR departments come together. ‘Now the recruitment phase is really kicking into full gear. There are 250 hotel positions available and we’re looking to find 300 candidates for the water park,’ says the 24-year-old who was introduced to all the different HR departments in the resort during her integrated degree programme in HR management. Her responsibilities include, above all, central HR marketing and recruitment fairs, but her job also includes taking care of job advertisements and international recruitment. ‘We have recruited 100 students from abroad for the peak season this summer.’ We’re already receiving the first applications from the surrounding region as well as the neighbouring country of France.

What are we looking for? Alisa Bühler: ‘Everything to do with the hotel and restaurant industry, from kitchen assistants, to room attendants, sous chefs and service staff.’ Operators and lifeguards are in particularly high demand for “Rulantica”. There are also exciting jobs available in the technical area.
