The French themed area basks in new splendour thanks to many new (world) debuts. The Eurosat was converted into the ‘Eurosat – Can-Can Coaster’, an original replica of the façade of the famous Parisian cabaret Moulin Rouge. In addition to renovating the façade, the rollercoaster in the inside of the sphere was completely redone for dark-ride coaster, which was renamed to the ‘Eurosat – Can-Can Coaster’ after the renovation.
The Eurosat 2.0 is the world’s first ride to combine two roller coasters in one: The virtual reality adventure ‘Eurosat Coastiality’ takes you down the same route featured in the space blockbuster ‘Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets’ directed by Luc Besson. Visitors can go on the floating bistro boat on the water in front of the silver sphere and enjoy a spectacular water show set to the sound of French music. A ride through the curious world of Madame Freudenreich has visitors feeding dinosaurs delicious Gugelhupf cake.
