Top marks for “Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant”: the fine dining restaurant in the hotel Bell Rock has been awarded the highest score of ten points by the South Baden Restaurant guide. The team of chef de cuisine Peter Hagen-Wiest, who was recently named one of Germany’s top 50 cooks by the Schlemmer-Atlas guide, and restaurant manager and sommelier Marco Gerlach, impressed not only with the fine cuisine but also the wine list of this two Michelin star restaurant.
