It is the ideal place for a relaxing get-together: here you can enjoy freshly tapped Erdinger Weissbier under shady trees on hot summer days. 1.8 million hectolitres are brewed annually, making the Erding-based brewery the world’s largest wheat beer brewery. The top-fermented wheat beer impresses with its mild flavour and long maturation. The new Erdinger Weißbier garden features not only freshly tapped wheat beer, but also hot dishes, cakes, coffee and ice cream. Meanwhile, the children can play on the adjacent playground on the colourful “Wurmelbahn”. Directly behind the lakeside restaurant in the Austrian themed area, the traditional beer garden offers 140 seats. The neighbouring bandstand regularly features live music. Crispy chickens are roasting over the new flame grill. Typical alpine cuisine dishes like Bavarian veal sausages, cheese Kreiner and snack classics like “Radi” or “Obatzda” are also on the menu.
