Scandinavia in Rust in Baden?

‚Krønasår – The Museum-Hotel‘

Is this where Scandinavia starts? It seems like it: With up to seven floors, the newest hotel just outside Rust is an impressive sight. The buildings, lined up side by side, look like a Nordic coastal town, as if Copenhagen had been moved to southern Baden. On 31 May, ‚Krønasår – The Museum-Hotel‘ will open its doors right by the entrance to Europa-Park. The magnificent building borders directly on the new water world, Rulantica, which is also nearing completion. It is the sixth hotel at Europa-Park. Many can hardly wait to finally experience this mystical Nordic world.

Hygge & Scandinavian cuisine

What can guests expect in this new addition to Europa-Park that is the talk of the town? One thing is certain: Guests will definitely feel that they are staying in a real museum of natural history: the location is full of a sense of adventure and discovery. The ‚Krønasår‘ has 276 themed rooms and 28 beautifully designed suites. The standard rooms are furnished with fine wood, parquet flooring, luxurious wallpaper and many details about explorers, circumnavigators and scientists. High-quality and comfortable box-spring beds ensure sweet dreams. The children’s beds are modelled on real suitcases, in which little explorers can get a restful night’s sleep.

The majority of the Scandinavian-style suites, which are designed with great attention to detail, extend over two floors. The five splendidly furnished suites in the Royal and Royal Deluxe categories offer unique luxury. Their design was inspired by the royal houses of Norway, Sweden and Denmark. When it comes to dining, guests can look forward to, for example, the spacious Bubba Svens à-la-carte restaurant and the fine-dining restaurant, Tre Krønen. In fine weather, you can also sit outside on the spacious terrace enjoying the view over the large lake. Thomas Mack is confident: “Our ‚Krønasår‘ will get a lot of people talking.”
