A total in excess of 3,600 people work at Europa-Park and its 65 park eateries, and every year the number of staff increases. Europa-Park is always on the lookout for new staff, who are given targeted training and support. “With the rate of fluctuation in gastronomy at just 8%, this sends a clear signal”, says star chef Tim Mälzer who, as a member of the jury the previous year, awarded Europa-Park’s gastronomy operations the title of ‘Employer of the year’.
