A home-brewed beer - that is pure pleasure. Even in former times, the monastic monks enjoyed this filling stout. Legend has it that they invented and brewed this dark stout during fasting, in order to relieve their growling stomachs. Home-brewed monastery beer ‘Santa Isabel’ is also served in the spacious beer cellar. The beer tastes especially good when drunk from the pretty clay jugs at the beautiful wooden tables in the authentic atmosphere surrounded by stonework. The fondue evenings are very popular.
The guests get to choose between meat and fish fondue while gathered round in good company. Then raise your glasses and enjoy.
