Dear Guests,

I really hope that you are all doing well in these challenging times. In spring we had to reduce our business back from 100% down to zero. It was very spooky at that time walking through the park and the hotels and not seeing any guests anywhere. So it makes me tremendously happy that you are with us again now. I would also like to thank you for doing your bit with a great deal of understanding of the situation and discipline, to ensure that we can continue our business. We must however continue to do everything we can in order that we do not jeopardise our business staying open. Despite restrictions and hygiene rules you can spend a wonderful time at Europa-Park – even in autumn and winter! First of all, tonnes of pumpkins and autumn flowers have created a fascinating autumnal backdrop so that everything is splendidly decorated, everywhere is illuminated and everything has fused into a magical world of wonder. We also have lots of great new offers again, which we tell you more about in “resortnews”: the family attraction “Pirates in Bavaria” has been back since summer – it’s now even bigger, better and more exciting. Or “YULLBE”, our new VR adventure will truly whisk you away to another world. We have also created additional sauna and fitness offers, revamped our spectacular Europa-Park Dinner Show and once again we have come up with inventive ideas for New Year’s Eve. Our motto is “Spend time together” – something that has never been as precious as it is now.

Warmest regards
Yours,
Thomas Mack
