Gigantic show stage with unique Artistry / until 13 February 2022 in the Europa-Park Arena / the best by far

The new Dinner Show Special from 19 November 2021 to 13 February 2022 creates breathtaking entertainment together with culinary delights. In the Europa-Park Arena, which spans 3,000 square metres, guests can look forward to masterful artistic displays, live music, dance and comedy. Marvel at acrobat on roller skates Eugenio Nistorov, illusionists Timothy Trust and Diamond Diaz, acrobat Maria Sarach and sand painter Kelly Huesca, among others. Singer Maisie Humphrey and the duo Murray and Steven Hockridge provide the musical final touch. The four-course menu, specially created for the dinner show by two-Michelin-star chef Peter Hagen-Wiest, provides culinary artistry and exceptional gourmet delights. Star chef Peter Hagen-Wiest has created the menu

Salmon in buttermilk dashi followed by carrot-vadouvan soup with scallops; saddle of veal with pumpkin-barley risotto as the main course; and for dessert, orange sea-buckthorn ice-cream, orange purée, hazelnuts and honey cress. In the vegetarian version, the pumpkin-barley risotto is served as the main course with baked tofu and aubergine sauce. Two-Michelin-star chef Peter Hagen-Wiest has once again created a stunning menu for the Dinner Show. Born in Austria, he is recognised as one of the best cooks in Germany. With “Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant” in the “Bell Rock” hotel, he has achieved a unique feat: It is the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the world that is located in a theme park.
