Ingredients: Shake 4cl Danish Aalborg Dild Akvavit, 2cl freshly pressed lemon juice, 1cl brown sugar syrup on ice cubes and fill in a glass or earthenware pot. Fill it up with sparkling Schweppes Indian Tonic.
Garnish with 2 slices of cucumber, a little dill and a pinch of freshly ground coloured pepper and you have created our refreshing all-year-round “Erikssøn”!
