Dear Guests,

we’ve all been hit hard by this global crisis. In Europa-Park’s 45-year history, we’ve never had to stop everything. Rulantica was closed down, and Europa-Park, like the entire hotel resort, was not allowed to be open. Now, however, we and our staff can’t wait to welcome you back as guests in our six hotels and the Camp Resort!

We closely collaborated with authorities to intensively prepare for reopening. Our top priority is the protection and health of our guests and employees, which is why very strict hygiene regulations and physical distancing rules must be observed for the time being. I ask all guests to respect these additional rules and to show consideration for each other.

My sister Ann-Kathrin, my brother Michael and I were awarded the prestigious ‘Hotelier of the Year 2020’ industry prize before the Coronavirus pandemic. It’s a magnificent accolade that we are all the more honoured to receive because our father Roland already received the Special Award for Hotelier of the Year in 2000. With our family, a great team and strong partners at our side, we are continuing the success story of Europa-Park and Rulantica, even in these difficult times!
