For 4 people:
400 ml carrot juice
60 g ginger (organic)
20 ml coconut milk
40 ml water
Peel and grate the ginger, mix the juice with the coconut milk. Bring the grated ginger to the boil in a small amount of water, remove from the heat and leave to stand. Strain the water and mix with coconut milk. Heat the carrot juice, add to the mixture and serve in a glass.
